The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon was made using grapes from a blend of Victoria’s Pyrenees and Macedon Ranges Regions. It is a full bodied red wine showing flavours of black and red currants with delicate floral and berry leaf notes. The fine tannin and subtle influence from French oak ageing give the wine structure, balance and length.

Drink now, although cellaring will be rewarded.

Only 100 dozen were produced.
