2023 Young Tree Cabernet Sauvignon (3 per six pack, 6 per dozen)
The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon was made using grapes from Victoria’s Pyranees and Macedon Ranges regions. It is a vibrant, full bodied red wine showing flavours of black currant, red currant and red plum with delicate herbal notes. The velvity tannin and subtle oak give the wine structure and balance, while offering the ability to age. Drink now, although cellaring will be rewarded. Only 100 dozen were produced.
2023 Young Tree Marsanne/Roussanne (3 per six pack, 6 per dozen)
The 2023 Marsanne was made using grapes from the Wanted Man Vineyard in Victoria’s Heathcote Region. This wine balances depth, texture and complexity with full flavours of apricot, nectarine and white peach. Drink now through 2030. Only 100 dozen produced.
